For years, I was fully booked, barely profitable, invisible in my industry, and I didn’t have systems. I was reinventing the wheel for every client, undercharging, and doing everything manually. I told myself I was chasing freedom, but in reality, I had built a business that was running me.

Everything shifted in 2019 when I attended a weekend seminar and heard someone say, “You’re either a lighthouse or a tugboat. Stop dragging people in and start shining so they can find you.” 

It hit hard and was my call to become ignited.

I realized I didn’t need to do more. I needed to rebuild my business from the ground up, with structure, visibility, and scalable systems that would allow me to serve at a high level without sacrificing myself.

That’s when the S.C.A.L.E. Framework™ came to life. In just a few years, I went from $1,000 for 100 invitations to $15,000 for the same 100 invitations with ease. It was the moment I stepped into my role as an ICONIK CEO, and I knew I wasn’t the only woman who needed that transformation.

As it turns out I didn't use Nikisha King's service for business coach needs but rather as a lifecoach. Had she not been my life coach, I would never have gotten to the point where I ever needed a business coach.

I’m the partner of John, my best friend since 1998, my beau since 2006, and my hubby since 2008. 

This is how I keep my cup full and overflowing. I recharge through ballroom dancing, playing Mah Jong, family game nights, and travel. These moments of joy help me stay grounded, energized, and fully present, so I can give my clients the high-touch support they truly deserve.

I reserve Fridays and weekends for personal time.

My husband and I were both born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, but we dreamed of more space and possibilities for our daughters. So, we took a leap, found a place where they could run, play, and grow, and discovered a community where neighbors quickly became family.

I grew up in Brooklyn and moved to the suburbs to expand my possibilities.

What does freedom feel like? It’s doing what you love so deeply that your presence speaks it before you say a word. I feel that freedom on stage, in rooms of 500+, and while exploring the world with my loved ones, from the Caribbean to London, France, the Carolinas, and Vero Beach, with future adventures set for Japan, South Korea, and Hawaii.

I know what it feels like to crave a life bigger than the one you were handed. I wanted something more rooted, present, and fulfilling, and I built it. Not through luck, but through vision, bold action, and taking RISK. Now, I help other women do the same, to bet on themselves, take the leap, and create a life that reflects who they really are.
