There’s no way I can teach you if I don’t first invest in my own growth. No way.
Too many people throw around the word “coach” without ever putting in the time, effort, or resources to truly lead and teach others. I made a commitment to myself and my community that I would avoid being a leader without being a student first.
One of my core values is to lead by example. That means doing the hard work myself before asking anyone else to do the same.
Over the years, I’ve invested over $100K in my education, including earning my Master's in Public Health and Master’s in Business Administration where I mastered the fundamentals of working with the public on mental health and business fundaments, respectively. Beyond this, I’ve spent more than $50K on tools and certifications, including becoming a Certified Coach with over 150 hours of learning and training.
But education and credentials aren’t enough.
I’ve been a full-time entrepreneur for over 15 years. Every day, I’ve practiced what I preach, building and scaling businesses through the same principles I teach my clients. I share all of this not to impress you, but to show you that I don’t take my position lightly.

I took a chance and invested $1,500 into a weekend seminar where I learned how another graphic design agency was charging (sometimes you have to pay to see if your dream is possible).
