Do I need systems already in place before joining?
Not at all. Most people come in without clear systems, or with something in place that isn’t fully working for them.
You don’t need to be organized before you start. You just need to be open to putting structure in place that actually supports your growth.
We use VSCO CRM, and if you already have a system, you’re welcome to keep it. That said, many of our clients choose to move into our system because we help you set it up, use it properly, and get the most out of it.
You’re not left to figure it out on your own. We build it with you, so you can confidently run your business from it.
How much time will this take each week?
This isn’t about adding more to your schedule, it’s about using the time you’re already spending in your business more intentionally, especially on your backend.
We focus on helping you use your time better, not more. Most of what you’ll be doing replaces what you’re already doing, just with more clarity and direction behind it.

The current investment is $3,500 paid in full (normally $4,997), or $297 per month for 12 months.
We’ll walk through the details on the call so you can decide what makes sense for you.
For most of our clients, this investment pays for itself within the first 90 days.

Is this a community or one-on-one support?
This is a community experience with group coaching, so you’re not building in isolation.
You’ll have access to live “how-to” workshops, ongoing support, shared learning, and real-time guidance alongside other women growing their businesses.
For those who want deeper support, we also offer the ICONIK CEO® Mastermind. These are limited one-on-one spots where we spend more time inside your business, helping you implement and build your systems and move toward a more streamlined way of operating.
