Hi, I’m Nikisha, the ICONIK CEO who’s done the work you’re facing.

I was designing late at night, answering emails during family dinner, and constantly wondering if I’d built a business or an expensive, exhausting hobby.
I went from working in corporate to becoming an overworked employee inside my own business, trading one set of limitations for another.
Since then, I’ve scaled multiple six-figure businesses, coached hundreds of creative solopreneurs, and used the same framework to grow not just my design company, but also my commercial real estate investment firm, which transitioned from single-family rentals to multi-family syndications and franchises.
