These Workshop Terms and Conditions work alongside our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By registering for the Fully Booked VIP Workshop ("the Workshop"), you agree to both.
1. Registration and Payment
Your seat is confirmed once payment is received in full. Seats are limited and held on a first-paid, first-served basis. Prices are subject to change until your payment is processed.
2. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, or travel issues.
3. Transfers
You may transfer your ticket to another person. To transfer, email hello@be.nikishaking.com with the new attendee's full name and email address at least 14 days before the event.
4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
If we cancel or reschedule the Workshop, you will be notified by email and offered a seat at the rescheduled date or a full refund. We are not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other costs you incur in connection with the Workshop.
5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
The Workshop is an in-person event. By attending, you acknowledge that participation carries some level of physical and personal risk, and you voluntarily assume that risk.
You release Business Essentials Academy LLC, its founder, employees, and contractors from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your attendance, including injury, loss, or damage, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Photo and Video Release
The Workshop may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you grant us permission to use your image, voice, and likeness in photos and video from the event for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, notify our team in writing before the event begins.
7. Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the Workshop without refund for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to other attendees, staff, or the venue.
8. No Professional Advice or Guarantee of Results
Content delivered at the Workshop is for educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice specific to your business. Your results depend on your own effort, decisions, and market conditions. We make no guarantee of income, client bookings, or business outcomes.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided at the Workshop, including slides, worksheets, and frameworks, are the property of Business Essentials Academy LLC d/b/a NK Level Up Partners. You may not record, copy, distribute, or teach this content to others without our written permission. Confidential or proprietary information shared during the Workshop must stay within the group and not be shared outside it.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute is subject to the informal negotiation and binding arbitration process described in our general Terms of Service.
